The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and visionary entrepreneur to join us as Founding CEO to lead a new venture, CC. CC is a Connection Concierge that participates in group texts, to facilitate actually getting together versus hoping to get together; no app required. Behind the scenes, CC is a network of specialized AI agents working 24x7 to help you and your friends find events and activities personalized to your likes/dislikes, and aligned to your schedule. Eventually CC will be able to go from presenting great personalized ideas (this feature is already active), to actually making reservations and booking events (still to come).

As Founding CEO, you'll work alongside our experienced team to assume leadership of CC, build your own team, and lead the company to significant impact and commercial success, supported by our team of experienced builders. Your principle activities will be as you’d expect:

Build the product: You’ll already be starting with an MVP that is publicly available to beta users. You will then work with our team of developers and product managers to continue to refine existing features and build new capabilities based on your own intuition and customer feedback.
Win customers: Determine paths to revenue and growth.
Raise capital: You will start with funding that has already been made from the Studio’s fund, but you will be responsible for funding CC on a go forward basis through fundraising and/or profits.
Build your team: From day one you will also want to be hiring your team who will be important as you create a healthy culture for CC.
Full P&L ownership: Because that’s what CEO’s do.

What We're Looking For

You feel fundamentally called to be a founder—with or without us, building a venture is your clear path forward
Deep resonance with our mission to build AI for human flourishing, preferably related to human connection and relationships
Entrepreneurial track record, whether through founding companies, leading startup initiatives, or driving innovation within larger organizations
Strong understanding of AI and its practical applications (you don’t need to be a developer but you should at least be an AI power user)
Prior leadership experience in consumer tech
