The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior AI/Backend Developer with deep expertise in Python, backend systems, and AI agent frameworks to join our studio team. As a core contributor, you’ll help build and scale AI-powered applications across multiple ventures. You’ll lead the design and implementation of backend architectures that bring intelligent, real-time interactions to life—focused on strengthening human relationships through technology.
This is a full-time, fully remote role working within small, agile pods (2-3 developers) using AI-augmented workflows and relay-style handoffs across time zones.

Our Development Approach

- Create product requirements and specifications collaboratively with LLM assistance
- Rapidly prototype concepts using tools like V0
- Develop applications using AI-assisted coding with Cursor
- Deploy and iterate quickly using Vercel, Replit, and Lambda Labs H100s
- Focus on building what matters through rapid experimentation and validation
